“It’s a new day for us,” said Raptors center Bismack Biyombo in regards to the Eastern Conference playoffs. But the new day — this is the first Conference Final the Raptors franchise has ever appeared in — is quickly coming to an end after a pair of blow-out losses against the Cavaliers in Cleveland.
It couldn’t be more clear the Cavs are the superior team, but what has also stood out this playoff series is that Bismack Biyombo is not afraid of LeBron James. He might be King James, but he’s not king of the jungle.
Is Biyombo afraid of LeBron? "No I'm not & I will never be. I'm never afraid of human beings. I always joke with Kyle, I'm afraid of lions"

Lions are a dangerous carnivore capable of eating a man — even a big man like Biyombo. LeBron is just a force of nature on the basketball court, so Biyombo can hang.
Want proof?
Biyombo later said about James: “He’s a great player and I respect that, but at the same time I do what’s best for my team and I get it done.”
Which is what Kyle Lowry probably meant to say after his confusing comments about LeBron being the best player in the league — except for Steph Curry.
After going down 0-2 in this series, the Raptors will likely need a lion-like performance to even keep games 3 and 4 competitively close, let alone shock analysts and fans who have all but ceded this series to the Cavs in a sweep.
One thing is for sure, #WeTheNorth fan base will be roaring, just like a lion.
