David Blatt Is Resigning, According To This Astonishingly Clueless Reporter

This is what happens when using “sources” goes wrong. Bruce Drennan, a local Cleveland sportscaster who hosts an afternoon talk show, said that his “great sources” told him that David Blatt was going to resign as coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

It, uh, it didn’t happen. In fact, just the opposite happened, as Blatt emphatically stated he would be the coach of the Cavaliers next season.

So much for Drennan’s “great sources.”
