This pretty much sums up things for the the New Orleans Pelicans right now.
On Friday night, Pelicans center Kendrick Perkins pulled an absolutely cheap foul on Portland’s Damian Lillard, for which Perkins was rightfully ejected. Naturally, Portland didn’t like Perkins’ move one bit and it’s a wonder things didn’t escalate further. From the sound of it, Perkins didn’t help matters by refusing to leave the game quietly.
After being ejected, Perk headed towards the locker room, then turned around and had to be "held back" as he walked towards Blazers players

There’s never a good time for an ejection, but Perkins pulled that move at the worst possible time. The Flagrant 2 foul came just before the midpoint of the fourth quarter, when it was still a manageable game. The 117-112 loss is now New Orleans’ ninth in their last 11 games.
