When the Cavaliers finally finished the trade for Kevin Love this summer Cavs fans were already dreaming of Love and LeBron James hooking up for half-court alley-oops in the playoffs. What they probably didn’t expect was Love to be on the receiving end of one of those ridiculous 50-foot passes. But that’s exactly what happened Tuesday night in the Cavs’ Game 2 win over the visiting Celtics.
Things have been tumultuous between the duo all season, but luckily for the Cavs it seems like they’re working out the kinks just in time.
Cleveland won Game 2, 99-91. LeBron finished with a game-high 30 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. Love had 13 points, six rebounds and two dimes.
