Magic Johnson and his wife Cookie celebrated their 24th anniversary together on Tuesday (congrats, you two), and they celebrated in a manner befitting a multi-millionaire businessman… by hanging out in Monte Carlo on a superyacht called the Amadeus:
And what could be a better topper to such a day of lavish luxury than a personal hangout session with Michael Jordan?
Not much, I would imagine. The room they’re in for the top photo certainly has the look of a luxury yacht’s cabin, but maybe they hit the casino — rich people can’t go too long in Monte Carlo without wandering into one (I imagine). Then again, maybe they just had a relaxing dinner on their superyacht with their wives:
And who knows, maybe Magic and MJ hit up the practice court where they had their famous Dream Team scrimmage, to relive their epic duel and laugh about how times change, how they both own sports franchises and have accomplished so much. And maybe their juices got flowing and they put some shots up. Maybe, flush with enthusiasm and nostalgia, they start a friendly game of H-O-R-S-E, or 1-on-1. Maybe, MJ being MJ, they made a friendly wager. Maybe it got a little unfriendly once one of them took the lead, and they started breaking a sweat and going after each other while their wives rolled their eyes. Maybe. It’s more fun to imagine than a relaxing dinner on a yacht.
