Thanks To This Blessed Closed Captioning Error, Nik Stauskas Is Now ‘Sauce Castillo’

Andrew Unterberger’s keen eye for close captioning caught this first, and now Kings rookie Nik Stauskas has a new nickname thanks to an angelic bit of close captioning in last night’s Kings-Suns game.

Right at the start of the second quarter, Stauskas dropped in a triplet and the close captioning named him as “Sauce Castillo.”

Then, #SauceCastillo started trending in Sacramento:

Henceforth, Stauskas shall only be referred to as “Sauce Castillo.”
