The Bulls-Cavs playoff rematch on opening night of the 2015-2016 NBA season didn’t disappoint. After Kevin Love hit back-to-back threes late in the fourth quarter to pull Cleveland within two, LeBron James had a chance to tie the game at 97 with just under 10 seconds remaining, but as he drove into the lane, Pau Gasol swatted his layup attempt out of bounds. It was one of six blocks for Gasol on the night, and it proved to be a game-saving play. The Cavs got possession back with less than three seconds left, but Jimmy Butler deflected the inbound pass to seal the two-point win.
