In the third quarter of the Jazz-Magic game on Friday night, Rudy Gobert got the steal, led the fast-break himself, and finished it off with a nasty two-handed jam over Nikola Vucevic. The Stifle Tower showed impressive skill for a player his size as his game just keeps expanding for a Utah team with their eye on a long-overdue playoff berth this season.
The Jazz would go on to win 87-74 and improve to 6-4 on the season. Gobert finished with 13 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks, while Gordon Hayward led the way in scoring with 20 points, but shot just 6-of-17 from the field. Vucevic, meanwhile, scored just four points for Orlando on 2-12 shooting in 26 minutes of action.
