Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker hardly disappointed in their first professional game and head-to-head matchup, combining for 35 points and showing off the natural ability that makes them potential superstars. Nevertheless, it was seldom-known Dallas Mavericks forward Eric Griffin that provided the ultimate highlight of day one at Las Vegas Summer League.
The 24 year-old Griffin played collegiately at Campbell University before going undrafted in 2012. A two-time Summer League veteran, he went to training camp with Miami last season and made the final round of cuts. If Griffin consistently flashed the incredible athleticism that he did in this epic facial on Shane Larkin for the Heat, it’s hard to believe he couldn’t make their roster.
Let’s take another look. Warning: Graphic.
We watch Summer League to see the next round of NBA stars, but amazing dunks like this from journeymen like Griffin certainly add to the intrigue.

Will this be the best dunk of Summer League?
