Netflix’s Daredevil looks like it will do the character justice, but before it releases, Honest Trailers decided to take a look back on the 2003 Ben Affleck version, also known as “Catwoman for men.” They make a good argument for why the movie is following a Batman template, with a couple changes: Daredevil (2003) has no problem with the hero killing bad guys, and it (probably) has a lot more Ben Affleck derpface than Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
We have to wonder what Ben Affleck thinks about this. On one hand, he’s confessed that he regrets Daredevil. On the other, haters gonna hate.
