The defense said the drunk driver suffered from, “Affluenza.” Pretty much the defense got the kid off by saying he was too spoiled and grew up with out enough discipline. This sounds like BS to me. Plenty of criminals grew up with bad childhoods and didn’t avoid prison time because of it. This is a case of the rich having a different justice system then the rest of us.
