Mad Max: Fury Road looks so damn impressive that Warner Bros. is supposedly placing the trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice ahead of it. If you haven’t seen one of the best trailers of the year — and maybe EVER — then do so above… I’ll wait.
SEE?
Unbelievable, right? Fury Road seems like it might be one of the most visually stunning and cohesive (hopefully) films since The Matrix. Let’s just hope that the reportedly tumultuous set didn’t translate to a tumultuous film. Tom Hardy spoke to Esquire about the impending series.
“I’ve never been more excited and out of my comfort zone.” As for the continuation of the franchise, “Everything’s based on figures and how things are perceived. Inevitably, it’s a business.”
Hardy insinuated that if Fury Road does well, he’s signed on for three more Mad Max films. So, the message here is to spend your hard-earned money on Fury Road. If the narrative sucks, at least you’ll get some cool visuals (and in 3D!). Mad Max: Fury Road will be in theaters on May 15.
