Cathriona White, the sometime girlfriend of Jim Carrey, has been sadly found dead, reports confirm. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 30-year-old was found unresponsive on Monday at a home in Sherman Oaks and confirmed dead shortly after. While an autopsy has not yet been performed, White was found with prescription pills by her side and had left a suicide note which allegedly references Carrey.

THR reports that the pair had dated in 2012, but had broken up shortly after their relationship started. Recently, Carrey and White had been seen together again, sparking rumors of reconciliation. The Mirror reports that the affair came to an end last week, however.

Carrey, who is heartbroken, released this statement about White’s passing:

“I am shocked and deeply saddened by the passing of my sweet Cathriona. She was a truly kind and delicate Irish flower, too sensitive for this soil, to whom loving and being loved was all that sparkled. My heart goes out to her family and friends and to everyone who loved and cared about her. We have all been hit with a lightning bolt.”

White’s last public communication happened on September 24, when the make-up artist posted this tweet to her followers:
