Yeah, we have a good idea of the resistance’s rise against the Empire and subsequent struggles against the First Order, but what about the specific plot points that left us with question marks over our heads (like an outclassed guard in Metal Gear Solid)?
Of course, The Force Awakens was the first movie in an upcoming trilogy. And with that knowledge, we know that the backgrounds of Poe, Finn and Rey will likely have a healthy amount of exposition heaped upon them as the dark night of the soul makes its presence felt in act 2.

Just where (or who) did Rey get that midi-chlorian count from? How did Luke’s lightsaber end up in a box in a small cantina full of cameos from your favorite stars? Why is Finn suddenly defecting after living a perfectly fine life as a Storm Trooper/janitor hybrid?
