As everyone knows, dinosaurs roamed the Earth until 300 years ago, when Ted Nugent’s great-great-great grandfather shot and killed them. Their bones are now passed down from Nugent to Nugent, used mainly as novelty mudflaps. But what if Grandpappy Nugent had never existed?
That’s the plot of Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur, except replace every reference of Nugent with a giant asteroid. Everything else, though? Exactly the same. The Good Dinosaur, due out November 25, stars Lucas Neff (Raising Hope) as the voice of a young Apatosaurus that loses his father then literally gets lost. It already looks better than Jurassic World.
Despite the lack of motorcycle raptors.
