Baywatch movie producers want Pamela Anderson, who played C.J. Parker in the TV series, to appear in their remake. So far though, she’s turned down their offer.
As ET Canada reports, Anderson says she isn’t totally opposed to the idea of appearing in the Baywatch movie. However, she doesn’t know what exactly the purpose of her appearing is, saying she doesn’t know what the movie is even about.
“They’ve mentioned some cute things, but I don’t want to give it away,” she says. Hmm, interesting choice of words, “cute things.”
Still, Anderson is touched that they asked: “It’s an honor to have them want me to be a part of it so bad.”
As Entertainment Weekly points out, Kelly Rohrbach is playing C.J. Parker in the movie, which also stars the Rock, Zac Efron, and Priyanka Chopra. So Anderson would probably have to play a different role. It would be interesting if there was a movie idea floating around Hollywood following Anderson, David Hasselhoff and the rest of the original cast playing older versions of themselves, and the trials that come with that. The Rock can cameo.
Am I the only person who would consider seeing that? Is this why I’m not a movie producer?
