I hadn’t seen much of Nightcrawler to this point, apart from a few TV ads and the coverage over at Film Drunk. It look interesting enough and I’m a sucker for a good scumbag story, so I thought I’d check it out.
This red band trailer does a pretty good job of taking that feeling and pushing it towards must see territory, but only a bit. If only it didn’t feature so many quotes saying, “f*cking amazeballs” throughout. It runs pretty close to House Porsche territory at times.
Luckily, I’m all in on scummy, creepy Jake Gyllenhaal. I want to hang out in whatever sewer he’s living in.
