Opinions seem split on Hot Tub Time Machine 2, which seems normal for a sequel. We weren’t the biggest fans around these parts, but others called it a perfectly suitable follow up to the original. What’s safe to say is that there’s a lot of comedy talent involved with the movie in the form of Adam Scott, Craig Robinson, Clark Duke, and Rob Corddry.
Robinson, Scott, and Duke appeared on Conan earlier to promote the film and ended up falling into an impromptu “jam” session. Obviously the presence of quotes indicates something was off about the performance. It might be the fact that this “theme” is really just “Maniac” from Flashdance with new lyrics. It might be the fact that Adam Scott‘s guitar is not plugged in at all. Or it might be Clark Duke’s constant crotch gyrations in Andy Richter’s direction. I’ll leave it up to you to decide.
