Diminutive Mariah soundalike and noted troublemaker Ariana Grande is being investigated by police following the release of a video that showed Grande licking donuts in a California donut shop without paying for them.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Lake Elsinore police are looking into the video, which shows Grande and her boyfriend Ricky Alvarez licking donuts “maliciously.” Riverside County public health officials are also investigating.
In addition to the donut-licking, Grande was caught on tape saying “I hate America” as she stared at the donuts. She has since apologized, saying, “I am EXTREMELY proud to be an American and I’ve always made it clear that I love my country… I sometimes get upset by how freely we as Americans eat and consume things without giving any thought to the consequences that it has on our health and society as a whole.”
She has yet to apologize for licking the donuts, but look for it in the future if any charges come from the incident.
