Even Beyonce falls down sometimes. But when she does, she does it better than you. That’s what we learned in this new Ivy Park ad that shows King Bey slipping while trying to spin on roller skates. Smiling on the ground, Bey only seems concerned with the commercial they are working on.
“You wanted that shot, you got that shot,” she says.
As for the brand she’s pushing, it’s currently for sale at Nordstrom, with prices ranging from $25 for t-shirts and shorts, all the way up to $265 for futuristic-looking bodysuits.
Beyonce has been steadily making her way back into the spotlight recently. She announced the fitness brand at the end of last month (then graciously bowed out to let Lululemon stuff their foot in their mouth), following that up with an interview with Elle where she addressed the complaints surrounding her Super Bowl 50 performance head-on:
“I have so much admiration and respect for officers and the families of the officers who sacrifice themselves to keeps us safe. But let’s be clear: I am against police brutality and injustice. Those are two separate things.”
And of course, there’s the little matter of her upcoming world tour. So something like a slip and fall on her ass isn’t going to last very long in the back of her mind.
