Understandably, Courtney Love is still upset about Kurt Cobain‘s suicide, even more than two decades later.
She shared a photo of the the couple and their then-infant daughter Frances Bean Cobain on Instagram to celebrate their daughter’s 23rd birthday. Love captioned the photo with an upset note directed at Kurt.
“Makes me feel so sad. Our baby is all grown up now. Jesus Kurt look at her face, what on earth were you thinking..!?!? God I miss you, we all miss you #family #memories #turnbacktime #lovehim.”
Love shared an image from the same photo shoot four days ago.

According to a new book on Alice In Chains, Courtney Love initially didn’t believe that Cobain killed himself. However, the phrasing in the Instagram post clearly shows that she has come to accept the generally believed narrative of Cobain’s death.
