The Iggy Azalea comeback campaign continues. Today the Aussie rapper unveiled the next single from her upcoming album Digital Distortion, a shiny pop track titled “Switch,” that comes with a guest hook from Anitta. To help tease the release, Iggy took to social media recently where she unveiled a behind-the-scenes clip of herself and an array of dancers shooting the accompanying music video. As you’d expect, the twerking abounds.

In the song, Iggy goes full-out in big-upping herself, rapping, “I’m still a mutherf**kin’ rock star / Pop star, but I roam with the mobsters / Yacht club on the shore, eating lobster / While I’m stuntin’ in Geneva with my top off.”
“Switch” is the latest in a string of new releases that Iggy has shared over the last several weeks in advance of the release of Digital Distortion, which hits next month. In an interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1, Azalea said, “I think I was definitely a little more influenced by EDM music and those kinds of sounds at the beginning and, on my last record, I really took a step away from that and I wanted to bring that back.” She noted that, “I executive produced this second album entirely and I just feel like it’s a much better reflection of me. In a way closer to the mixtape stuff that I had total control over as well.
