Like Beck himself, John Legend is a classy guy taking the high road in the Kanye West/Kim Kardashian battle against no one for Beyonce’s honor. As you may recall, after Kanye had fun storming the castle of Beck’s acceptance speech, Kimmy K. posted the above image on her Twitter. But Legend insists the faces in the photo are not as a result of Beck’s win.

Not that Legend is turning his back on his friend Kanye. He has some defensive words on his behalf as well.
“I thought it was funny,” Legend told Us Weekly exclusively of the moment when West, 37, walked up to the stage, thought better of it, and turned back around. “I looked at it as just a funny thing that people were going to talk about.”
“It didn’t hurt anybody,” the “All of Me” singer, 36, continued. “Anybody who’s upset just needs to relax. It was funny.”
He also says Beck won fair and square. Basically, John Legend is cool with everyone, Beck is cool with everyone and everyone else needs to calm down.
