For years Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were synonymous with each other. Eventually, that came to a halt, as young love is known to do, but the duo has finally reunited for a duet love song. Premiered on Drake’s OVO Sound Radio on Apple Music’s Beats 1 station, “Strong” is a somber, guitar backed record where the two pop stars croon about a relationship gone sour that they’re still holding onto.
Where the song ends up is anybody’s guess. Bieber’s new album Purpose is due out early next month and the laundry list of songwriters contributing to the project leaked this week. While Gomez’s name wasn’t among those listed, that doesn’t necessarily exclude her from the project
