In case you’ve been wondering what Method Man has been up to these days: he’s rapping about Sour Patch Kids — yes, the candy — in “World Gone Sour (The Lost Kids).” Somehow there’s also a Sour Patch Kids video game tied into this as well, apparently. Regardless, the video is pretty damn funny.
In the Sour Patch Kids commercial/music video, the candy creatures wreak havoc on Meth and his crew as he spits lines on the in-house commotion, “Know they’re on your Facebook deletin’ all your friends / Cloggin up your toiliet with a poop-eatin’ grin.” Meth manages to also pull out an ode to the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard, “And these kids ain’t worried / They play dirty like their / O.D.B.”
