Therefore, it shouldn’t surprise anyone that her latest video, for her song “Lighter”, is a trippy pop confection that’s all Miley, all naked, and all covered in rainbows.
It’s no surprise that the video makes the viewer feel like they’re on hallucinogenics. The song, which is a pretty catchy pop ballad about love, compares the feelings one has in a relationship with the sensations of being high. And if you didn’t catch that before, there’s absolutely no way that you’re going to leave this video without nodding your head and saying “oh yeah, this is definitely about some good sh*t.”
