As my colleague Josh Kurp pointed out last month, it was awfully strange that Pearl Jam, the band that never quite took to the whole music video thing, not only gave us a video for the then-new single “Mind Your Manners,” but it was pretty awesome, too. Well today must have felt like a birthday to most Pearl Jam fans, because the band released a new video for “Sirens,” the second single off the upcoming album, “Lightning Bolt.”
Not only was this a great surprise for people who like good music, but it was also a fantastic opportunity for people to complain on YouTube that Pearl Jam’s new stuff doesn’t sound anything like Ten or Vs. Haha, that stupid argument never gets old, people who love to complain!
