Don’t let the name fool you: there’s nothing anonymous about the Men. Yesterday, the impossible-to-Google band released their stellar third album, Tomorrow’s Hits, and if you enjoy listening to the barroom recklessness of the Replacements or the grittiness of Exile on Main Street, you should check it out. Or at least watch the music video for “Pearly Gates,” in all its old school, police chase beauty. It looks the way the album sounds: always on the move and perfectly composed in its imperfect chaos.
