It’s only been a few weeks since Drake dropped three new tracks from his forthcoming album More Life, but that’s more than enough time for him to slap together a new video for “Sneakin'” featuring 21 Savage. It’s a lo-fi affair, with Drake and 21 posing in front of some luxurious vehicles and a few ladies playing in a grotto. Maybe Drizzy blew the video budget on that Ferrari he bought 21 for his birthday? Who knows?
Whatever the case, it’s the next step in the More Life rollout as the album doesn’t have an official release date but Drake did announce on OVO Sound Radio it’ll drop in December. For 21 it’s just another dose of the Drake Stimulus Package, and some welcomed promo as he’s traversing the country on tour with Young Thug at the moment. The track has cracked Billboard’s Top 40 and should be even higher after the release of the video, easily representing 21 Savage’s highest charting song thus far.
It’s a slight surprise that this is the track Drake chose out of the bunch for the video treatment. “Two Birds, One Stone” seemed to be the most talked about out of the trio, as he took some shots at longtime foes Kid Cudi and Pusha T. Plus, “Fake Love” was the most radio friendly of the tracks, and already a Top 10 single.
