The greatest there ever was, the greatest there ever will be, the goddamn G.O.A.T. Muhammad Ali weighed in on the Floyd Mayweather/Manny Pacquiao fight. According to his daughter Rasheda, the former heavyweight champ is #TeamPacquiao all the way.
“My dad really likes Manny. He’s a huge fan of his.”
“He knows Manny’s a great fighter … but it’s more about what he does outside the ring. He’s such a charitable person.”
This isn’t all that surprising. Ali and Pacquiao have been friends for years. In 2012, Pacquiao attended Ali’s 70th birthday party. The two have a history of sorts. Ali’s been pushing for his bout with Floyd Mayweather more than anyone.
Congratulations @FloydMayweather. Maybe after you rest up we can see you rumble with @MannyPacquiao! #AliTweet

Sadly, Rasheda said that her father can’t make the fight. But like everyone else, he’s willing to shell out $99 bucks on pay-per-view.
