Here’s Yet Another Reminder That The Rock Has Never Skipped Leg Day

We’ve talked about this before, but it bears repeating: The Rock’s workouts are insane. The man gets up at the crack of dawn, does cardio, eats, then hits the weights for another 60 to 90 minutes. Before you get up in the morning, he’s burned a bazillion calories and consumed enough food to feed a small village.

On Tuesday, the most electrifying man in entertainment reminded us just how intense his leg days are with this pic.

Three sets per exercise
15 reps – pyramid up in weight, third set being the heaviest

Leg Press Single-Leg Calf Raise
Standing Single-Leg Calf Raise w/dumbbells
