As PFTCommenter would likely opine, “Well, folks, looks like Andy Dalton‘s turnover problem has reared its ugly head once again.”
On his way to the airport recently, Dalton lost two pieces of luggage that fell out of the back of his truck and onto the freeway—which, by the way, had to be a terrifying moment for anyone following behind Dalton’s vehicle. Attempting to find those pieces in the DFW metroplex (or at least a portion of it) is of the whole needle-haystack variety, but thankfully social media came to the rescue. Dalton tweeted about his lost luggage, what it looks like and where it could potentially be found:
If anybody in DFW traveling from 75-635 towards the airport finds 2 black suitcases on the road please contact me. Fell out bed of our truck

Rough start to the morning…

Even local news stations picked up on the lost items. You have to hand it to 21st century problem solvers; Getting Dalton his luggage back took priority No. 1 for a bit in the DFW area.
@andydalton14 Nothing yet. Just looking to spread the word. Will you keep us updated?

After the word spread virally, someone by the name of “Robert” found Dalton’s luggage and returned it to him, ending the #bagsearch2016 crisis for good. Dalton tweeted a picture of him and his officially reclaimed luggage thanking everybody for their help.
#bagsearch2016 is officially over! Thankful that Robert found our bags. The power of social media is real! pic.twitter.com/3lzPnef0FL

Granted, you’d think the Bengals would be more interested in a quarterback who has less baggage, but Dalton is out here breaking all sorts of stereotypes, folks.
