So, this is pretty awful.
The Delmarva Shorebirds took the lead in the ninth inning of Sunday’s game against the Augusta GreenJackets when Elier Leyva hit a two-run bomb. Except, wait, he didn’t touch home plate?

Yeah, it certainly looks like his foot hovers over home plate without ever touching. Man, what are you doing? Anyway, the GreenJackets appealed and Leyva was called out. The game went into extra innings and the Shorebirds lost. Because of course they did.
