“Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon has been spending the better part of a month now celebrating the holidays on his show, and despite the fact that he just wrapped up his 12 Days of Christmas Sweaters on Friday, he was apparently still feeling the Christmas spirit come the weekend.
Fallon showed up to the Ameritas Insurance Classic matchup at Madison Square Garden between Duke and Utah on Saturday and he sat courtside while wearing a pretty phenomenal ugly Christmas sweater.
He even made an appearance with the sweater on the Madison Square Garden big-screen dance cam.

Fallon was seen chatting it up with Duke athletic director Kevin Michael White on numerous occasions, and despite growing up mostly in upstate New York, Fallon was openly cheering for the Blue Devils throughout the game, which is not going to endear him to most New Yorkers.

As for the game, Fallon was on hand for a good one, as in a rematch of a Sweet 16 battle last March, Utah held on to score the upset in overtime despite a feverish Duke comeback by the final of 78-75 thanks to a big effort by Jakob Poetl who finished with 19 points and 14 rebounds. Sorry Jimmy.
