The Bills’ Marquise Goodwin absolutely burned the Jets’ Darrelle Revis for this long score. The two teams are meeting on Thursday Night Football this week, and Buffalo got the first touchdown of the game thanks to this 84-yard reception by Goodwin.
That 84-yard touchdown was the longest Bills home touchdown pass in team history. https://t.co/OIwsZekJwt

Oh man, life comes at you fast, eh? Just a couple of years ago Revis was deemed the lockdown corner of all lockdown corners. But believe it or not he’s starting his ninth season, and at the ripe old age of 31 he looks to have about as much pace as I might against an NFL receiver.
And Goodwin isn’t even like, one of the best receivers out there! We don’t mean to disrespect someone with the ability to actually play in the NFL, but Goodwin wasn’t exactly at the top of everyone’s fantasy draft lists this year. But he is 25. And as anyone who’s hit that late 20’s beer hump will tell you, there’s a big difference between the fitness of a 25 year old and a 31 year old, even in a world of elite athletes like the NFL. Also, Goodwin is one of the fastest men in the country – he ran a 4.27-second 40-yard dash at the 2013 NFL Combine and ran a 10.57 100-yard dash earlier this year – so it’s not too terribly surprising that Revis struggled to keep up with him.
So long, Darrelle Revis. It was nice knowing you, but it looks like the island is starting to sink.
