That “What Are Those?” meme seems to have picked up steam ever since a ballsy teenager decided to punk Michael Jordan with it earlier this month. The meme, which is generally directed towards someone to make fun of their butt-ugly shoes, has spread around the internet furiously, and now even Peter King is getting in on the action.
King was “victimized” (quotations because it appeared to almost certainly be staged) by an intern at Buffalo Bills training camp on Thursday. Pre-planned or not, King’s “…sneakers” response was quite perfect. He really nailed the “out-of-touch old man” role.
