The Green Bay Packers are reversing field. Earlier in the week, linebacker Nick Barnett complained about not being able to sit for the team’s official Super Bowl photo, since he is on injured reserve and is therefore ineligible to play against the Steelers on February 6. Rob Demovsky of the Green Bay Press-Gazette has been told that the team will reverse its earlier-stated position and that players on IR will now be photographed with their able teammates.
This is really the dumbest story ever, but at least it’s NFL news. Be sure to come back tomorrow when we laugh at Jay Cutler for walking into physical therapy under his own power.
