With that disclaimer aside, holy cow is that Minnesota Vikings fan sad about Blair Walsh missing a game-winning 27-yard field goal Sunday. When an alien culture enslaves us in 2087 and they want to show alien children a video that explains what it was like for humans who watched sports, this is it. Anger, sadness, the inability of the body to perform basic functions like sitting upright and a dog that doesn’t get what happened.
The dog is, without question, the star of the video. Your initial instinct may be to think the dog is consoling its owner. But can we ever be sure? Maybe the dog was like, “Bro, get up, you big baby, it’s just sports.” Or the dog was just letting the owner know, “I know this is a bad time, but if you don’t take me outside ASAP you’re going to have to clean something off the floor besides yourself.”
Let this video serve as a reminder that sports are bad, you should not care about sports and you should not watch sports.
