Woman Sues USC Baseball Players For Filming Sex Tape While Hiding In Closet http://t.co/iGBjesPfi5

A former USC student is suing three members of the Trojans baseball team after they allegedly filmed her having sex with one of the players and then distributed the tape. The three players in question are outfielder Vahn Bozoian, and pitchers Marc Huberman and Sean Adler. (USC is not a defendant.) The woman filing the complaint is being identified as Jenna Doe.
According to the suit, Doe and Bozoian met in February 2012 and began a relationship. Details of the alleged incident from the suit, via MyNewsLA.com, are pretty disturbing:
However, in March 2013, the three players agreed to secretly make a video — without her consent — of her and Bozoian being intimate, the suit alleges. Bozoian told Adler that she was on her way and he hid in the room while she and Bozoian had sex, the suit alleges.
The trio distributed the video “to the general public including … other members of the baseball team,” according to the lawsuit.
The LA Times added “A USC athletic department official declined comment. A person familiar with the situation but not authorized to speak publicly about it said Huberman was cleared by a school judicial panel that investigated the matter.”
Once she was notified of the tape by a sorority sister, the woman claims she “sought counseling” and was “taunted and harassed” on campus the following semester, forcing her to withdraw from several classes. The suit, which seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, alleges negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
Bozoian has since been dismissed from the baseball team for an unspecified student disciplinary issue. Adler is also no longer on the roster.
