Two women called the police on Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor for trying to get the phone number for a gym. Yep, you read that correctly. The whole thing is apparently one big misunderstanding, but the basic details, according to Chancellor, are as follows: Chancellor was trying to get some information for a gym in Redmond, a Northeastern suburb of Seattle. However, the gym was closed, so he was peering through the window looking for someone to help him get said information. Two employees, who waved him off, apparently thought he was trying to rob the place.

Obviously, Chancellor wasn’t trying to steal anything and it sounds as though the employees were being rude. That’s just one side of the story, but everything Chancellor said seems reasonable, even if it is a little impatient. Now he has pictures of the women calling the police on him, as well. Based on other tweets on his timeline, the gym he was trying to get information from has a bad reputation anyway. This certainly doesn’t help.
