As David Letterman is approaching retirement, all the accolades are pouring in, even among his fellow late night hosts. After his monologue, Jimmy Fallon took a few minutes to reminisce about watching Dave on Late Night, and then following in his hosting footsteps before wishing Dave a happy retirement.
