Vin Diesel — who does not have a freaking “dad bod,” by the way — is currently promoting his film The Last Witch Hunter, which is out next week just in time for Halloween. (If you missed our exclusive look featuring Ciara’s “Paint it Black” cover, be sure to check that out ASAP!) While speaking to Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night, however, Mr. Diesel took some time to chat about his adorable children: His baby girl Pauline (who was named after Paul Walker) and his 7-year-old daughter. Typically, seven is getting to be close to the age where kids realize that Mom and Dad aren’t so cool anymore, but this is definitely not the case with Vin Diesel’s daughter.
Pulling the ultimate parental brag move, Vin spontaneously pulled out his phone to read a sweetly touching text message from his daughter: “Hi, Daddy. I love you so much. I am so proud of you. I miss you so much. I believe in you, that you will make an awesome movie.” To be fair, I have to assume Vin Diesel is a better dad than most dads, because it’s generally assumed that Vin Diesel is better at most things in life than everyone else.
