In the Sundance-screened short film, It’s Not You, It’s Me, which was uploaded to JASH‘s YouTube channel earlier today, Gillian Jacobs plays a woman whose relationship with Dollhouse‘s Fran Kranz is literally driving her crazy. All the slurping noises he makes disgust her, their bedtime activities are as uninspired as season one of Dollhouse, and when he gets caught looking at porn while she’s welding in the basement (yup), bad things happen.
I won’t ruin the very funny, very dark twist (watch the whole thing to not only find out what happens, but for an appearance from the always welcome Rob Huebel, too), but let’s just say: if you ever find yourself in a relationship with Gillian Jacobs, don’t Britta it. Also, I hate you for being in a relationship with Gillian Jacobs.
