Watching audition tapes is fun for anyone who wonders what, say, Gwendoline Christie was like before she almost got eaten by a bear. HBO released the reels for multiple Game of Thrones cast members, including Christie (Brienne), Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei), and Natalie Dormer (Margaery), as part of their Comic-Con panel. They’re all so young and fresh-faced! Except for Kristofer Hivju. He was born with a beard, and he’ll die with a beard.
