TLC isn’t the only television network with an appreciation of the seemingly-insane, as Logo TV’s WHAT!? documentary series has previously tackled such topics as Bronies, living dolls and the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, although I’m not sure why that last one is considered strange. But WHAT!? may have outdone itself with its latest show about Animism, which is the idea that everything has a spirit, including the most obscure inanimate objects.
Featured in this episode of WHAT!? was a Florida woman named Linda Ducharme, who married a ferris wheel last year, and she even named it Bruce. Ducharme was kind enough to let Logo bring a camera to capture the true love shared between a woman and a carnival ride, as she and Bruce renewed their vows this year.
It’s not my place to interfere in another human being’s life, but I have to draw the line at wasting pizza. That’s just unacceptable, and I will take my resentment of this behavior all the way to the Supreme Court if I have to.
