Reading the words, “Pat Robertson feels,” should be an indication that you’re in for either something completely inane or controversial. This time around Robertson is sticking to the silly portion of his vocal range, taking questions regarding people who post ultrasound images of their unborn children onto Facebook.
Robertson extends it to posting pictures your body in all forms on the social media site and claims that while it might not seem dangerous, there is something bubbling under the surface:
There are demons and there are evil people in the world, and you post a picture like that and some cultist gets hold of it or a coven and they begin muttering curses against an unborn child.
He goes on to note that this type of activity isn’t necessarily unbiblical, but it is offensive to him and those who agree with him. I don’t stock this one as high on the shelf as something like “your clothes from Goodwill have evil spirits attached to them” or “I prayed the hurricane away,” but it’s still pretty good.
These clips always leave me wondering about the type of person that writes into ask Pat Robertson advice. It’s always the silliest crap or relationship nonsense, making it seem like these people are on their last rope to ask Pat Robertson for advice. “Dear Abby stopped taking my letters, Pat, so I’m writing to you to ask what kind of bleach should I use to ensure demons won’t infect my white briefs in the wash?”
You’ve failed at life if you’re seeking advice from anybody on television, especially Pat Robertson. That’s not a hot take, that’s a sizzling fact.
