The reason I hate politics in America is that it caters to the lowest common denominator. Instead of reasoned discussion about complex problems, the people elected to run our country repeatedly hammer at easily digested talking points that often ignore things like “science” and “historical fact.” I’m not a Democrat or a Republican because I can’t stomach the practices of either one.
That being said, this supercut of the Republican presidential candidates at last night’s debate talking about taxes and invoking the memory of Ronald Reagan was almost enough to make me swallow my tongue. Enjoy!
