If Jim Kosek — the weatherman in this video — looks familiar to you, it’s probably because you saw him losing his mind over the Snowpocalypse last year. Or it’s possible that you’re one of the sad people who needs to turn on the television to get the weather report because you don’t have a smartphone with The Weather Channel app.
Either way, Kosek is as enthusiastically bonkers as ever, as he directs this New York City weather report directly to the Bronx Zoo’s escaped cobra. At one point I think he recommends that the cobra go to Opening Day at Yankee Stadium and eat a hot dog. I’m not sure; sometimes it’s hard to follow him through the Chris Farley-meets-professional-wrestler shouting. The only person who could do the weather better than this is Macho Man Randy Savage.
