Sons of Guns (Discovery) — Series premiere. Dude builds awesome firearms. Why did no one think of this show earlier? Anything with a flamethrower gets top billing here.
Criminal Minds (CBS) — Adrienne Palicki and Jonathan Tucker play young lovers on a killing spree. Point: it’s an obvious rip-off of Natural Born Killers. Counterpoint: Mmmmm, Adrienne Palicki.
Face Off (Syfy) — Series premiere. Now that the show’s airing, maybe they’ll stop plastering ads all over my blog. Uh, I mean, be sure to tune in to the best new reality series you’ll see all winter! (Side note: Face/Off is an underrated movie.)
Dog: The Bounty Hunter (A&E) — Now in his seventh season on the air, Dog celebrates his 200th episode. In a related story, “Arrested Development” aired for three seasons. It’s a good thing to point out from time to time.
American Idol (Fox) — Is the next American Idol in Milwaukee? Answer: no. The next American anything isn’t from Milwaukee. Unless there’s a show called “American Heart Attack.”
