Al Capone: Icon (PBS, 8 p.m.) — If you’re looking for spoilers on the final season of Boardwalk Empire, check out this PBS profile of Al Capone. However, did you know that, in addition to ordering assassinations, he also fought to get expiration dates put on milk? I bet that doesn’t show up on ‘Boardwalk Empire’ in its final season.
Royal Pains (USA Network, 9 p.m.) — SPOILER. These doctors on a beach will save someone’s life in tonight’s episode! If it weren’t for these doctors, the death rate on the Hamptons would probably be the highest in the country among fancy places for rich people.
America’s Got Talent (NBC, 9 p.m.) — It’s judgement week.
Finding Carter (MTV, 10 p.m.) — I’ve heard really good things about this new show on MTV, but seeing as how I’m not 22, I cannot confirm nor deny those really good things.
The Wil Wheaton Project (SyFy, 10 p.m.) — Kevin Smith appears tonight, so if you like hearing Wil Wheaton talk, maybe wait until next week’s episode to tune in.
Tyrant (FX, 10 p.m.) — Tonight’s episode title iS “Hail Mary,” and it’s only the fifth episode. Man alive, FX had a pristine track record, and while I still like this show well enough to continue, it’s not up to the rest of FX’s dramas. On the other hand, it’s considerably better than The Strain.
Nathan for You (Comedy Central, 10:30 p.m.) — If you download the iPhone app, you can always watch next week’s episode ahead of time, so you can remain ahead of all your friends, most of whom have never heard of Nathan for You, which is why you should probably get new friends.
LATE NIGHT LISTINGS: Ricky Gervais is on Letterman, The Rock is on Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel has John Stamos, Craig Ferguson has Regis, Kate Hudson is on Seth Meyers, Richard Linklater is on The Daily Show, and Gary Oldman is on Conan.
